In his new collages and paintings, David Dellagi combines the perpendicular and the chaotic. The result is a kaleidoscopic wunderkammer of people, machines, food and geometry, exploring themes such as the carnivalesque and form versus deformation. The artworks contain humorously fragmented narratives and irreverently quote from art history in a brash and inventive visual style, splintering, sampling and turning the world upside down.
